Seven Men Returns Policy
Seven Men’s returns policy is based on the refunds and returns policy under Australian Consumer Law.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind but we may exchange the item or provide a store credit if the item is returned with proof of purchase and in its original condition within 14 days of the purchase date.
If your item has a major problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- is unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase – e.g. your receipt.
We cannot refund or exchange an item:
- That has been worn, washed or altered in any way unless it is faulty.
- That does not have a proof of purchase.
- That was purchased more than 14 days since the original date of purchase unless faulty.
- Simply because of change of mind.
In-store Returns Procedure
Please keep your proof of purchase – for example, your receipt. A refund cannot be offered without a copy of the receipt.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time or offer you a refund or replacement.
If you have changed your mind, we do not accept returns, however we can offer a store credit or to exchange the item. Please keep your proof of purchase and ensure that the item has all of the original tags attached.
On-line Returns Procedure
In line with the returns policy above, if your item needs to be returned or exchanged, please contact our team via email email@example.com explaining why you would like to return or exchange your item and to arrange a return shipping method.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns will not be finalised until the goods have been received back in the conditions stated above and once the item has been assessed and approved by our team. Once approved, the price of the item (excluding shipping fees) will be credited to you or we will arrange for the exchanged item to be despatched to you.
Seven Men cannot be responsible for any losses, delays or damages caused by Australia Post and therefore we encourage you use a traceable shipping method to ensure you can track and trace your parcel. We cannot guarantee that the item will be received and cannot issue a refund or exchange until the item has been received by our team.
