Shipping and Returns Policy

Shipping Policy


We will always aim to prepare, package and despatch your order within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase and all parcels will have tracking details available.
Exceptions are made for despatch of your order within 1-2 business days if your
order has been placed on public holidays and weekends.


How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.
For all orders under $100, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $10.


International Enquiries
We currently do not ship outside Australia, however if you are overseas and would
like to place an order, please contact our team via hello@sevenmen.com.au

Returns Policy
Seven Men’s returns policy is based on the refunds and returns policy under
Australian Consumer Law.


In-store Returns Procedure
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind,
however we will exchange the item or provide a store credit if the item is returned
with proof of purchase and in its original condition within 14 days of the purchase
date.

Online Returns Procedure
If you purchase from us via our online store, we are not required to provide a refund
or replacement if you change your mind, however we do understand when ordering
online it can be hard to always select the right size/colour.

- For all online orders, you are entitled to one free exchange per order for change of mind for size and colour. This includes your return shipping fee and the delivery

of the replacement item.


- For any subsequent exchanges, you will be required to cover the return
shipping and delivery costs.


- Requests for new items (other than size or colour exchanges) will require a
separate purchase and do not qualify under the free online return policy.


All returns exchanges will not be finalised until the goods have been received back
in the conditions stated below and once the item has been assessed and approved
by our team. Once approved, the price of the item (excluding shipping fees) will be
credited to you or we will arrange for the exchanged item to be despatched to you.


Seven Men cannot be responsible for any losses, delays or damages caused by
Australia Post and therefore we encourage you to use a traceable and reliable
shipping method to ensure you can track and trace your parcel. We cannot
guarantee that the item will be received and cannot issue a refund or exchange until
the item has been received by our team.


Change of Mind


We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind,
however we can offer an instore/online credit or exchange of the item within 14 days of the purchase date. Please keep your proof of purchase and ensure that the item has all of the original tags attached.

Important Notes
If your item has a major problem, you can choose a refund or exchange. This is
when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they
had known about it.
- is unsafe.
- is significantly different from the sample or description.
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily
fixed.

We cannot refund or exchange an item:

- That has been worn, washed or altered in any way unless it is faulty.
- That does not have a proof of purchase.
- That was purchased more than 14 days since the original date of
purchase unless faulty.
- Simply because of change of mind.


Stock Availability
Please keep in mind that our stock levels change frequently and depending on
demand, some items may only be available online for a limited time. If you are
looking to purchase a particular garment, please contact us via email

We will do our best to try and track down the garment for you, however cannot
guarantee that it will be available.
